My story

From 50lbs down to
IFBB Pro.

After losing 50lbs I became addicted to the grind. I became extremely passionate about constant improvement and started dedicating more and more of my time educating myself on diet, training, and recovery until it became my life passion.

I saw so much growth not only physically but also mentally, that I decided I wanted to use the same dedication I gave myself to help others who are going through the same process I was as a kid. It can be overwhelming to see yourself in the mirror and see how much work you need to do to get the physique, structure and confidence you want.

Untapped Potential Coaching is made to make your life easier and get the results you deserve. I have been in the same position and learned through trial and error with patience. I will save you time and get you results.

How I coach.

Three rules every client plan is built on. Non-negotiable, regardless of track.

Find the bottleneck

Most plans fail because they attack everything at once. I find the one variable holding you back this month and we attack it — then the next.

Smallest effective dose

If 4 sets work, we don't do 8. If 1800 kcal moves the needle, we don't drop to 1400. Your plan stays sustainable so progress compounds.

Receipts over reels

Every adjustment is data-driven: weekly check-in metrics, training logs, biofeedback. No vibes — we change what we change for a reason.
